•  You may open and inspect your parcel at the time of delivery.
•  Please confirm the product is correct and in perfect condition before accepting it.
•  If the item is damaged or incorrect, you may return it immediately to the delivery rider.
•  Once the parcel is accepted, it will be considered approved.

Exchange Policy

• Exchanges are only applicable if you receive a damaged item or the wrong product.
•  You must inform us within 24 hours of delivery.
• Please share your order number, clear photos, and preferably an unboxing video for verification.
